With Gold Membership we offer our most comprehensive of services. Starting with a discussion to establish goals, followed by follow up consultations to correct course where needed. In addition to this Gold Membership gives unriveled support with up to 6 hours of face to face consultation.

WHAT IS A NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE COAHC?
Nutrition and lifestyle coaching looks at all aspects of diet and lifestyle to embed new long term healthy habits to improve health, wellness and longevity.
My aim is to support and educate you to give you the knowledge and the tools to be able to make decisions for yourself to feel in control of your own health and wellness.

Can I treat a specific health condition or symptom directly?
Answer: No
Treating a specific health condition, for example IBS, hypertension, hypothyroidism, eczema or migraines, is outside the scope of NLC. Treating symptoms, for example headache, constipation, bloating or dry skin are also outside the scope of NLC. If these conditions or symptoms are the client’s primary concern and their goal is to improve or reduce these then they need a referral to GP, nutritional therapist or dietitian.
